Administrator/PA
The role of Administrator is to provide administrative support to the company and from time-to-time provide PA support to the Chief Executive Officer and Finance Director. This is by nature a very varied role, which requires a high level of versatility and the ability to multi-task and prioritise what often is a heavy workload.
- Providing administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and Finance Director, when required
- Providing back-up administrative support to the commercial and support functions within the company and other departments, as required
- Running the reception desk, managing the incoming and outgoing post and answering incoming calls
- Arranging overseas travel and accommodation for employees
- carrying out banking duties
- Managing the recruitment database
- Carrying out weekly health & safety checks
- Maintaining supplies of consumables (eg stationery, beverage supplies etc.)
- Day-to-day management of the office facility
Required experience and skills:
- Demonstrated all round administration experience supporting all levels
- A confident attitude to using computers with a proven working knowledge of using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel software packages and using email and the internet
- Experience of sourcing overseas travel options and itinerary planning
- A confident telephone manner
- The ability to compose documentation with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail
- Good numeracy skills
- Able to coordinate and prioritise own workload
