eCOG1 系列16-位嵌入式微控制器拥有片上闪存存储器,和赛恩特有的超低功耗的高柔性外设时钟结构. eCOG1 系列16-位嵌入式微控制器拥有片上闪存存储器,和赛恩特有的超低功耗的高柔性外设时钟结构.
eCOG1k
eCOG1k拥有一个运行高达25 MHz的16-位核心处理器, 并拥有 64KB 闪存空间及 4KB SRAM空间.
eCOG1kG完全符合RoHS环保要求，用以取代eCOG1K,但性能完全相同.所有面向用户的关于eCOG1k的技术文件完全适用于eCOG1kG.
eCOG1k器件只由CyanIDE 1.4.X支持.
eCOG1X
eCOG1X是具有更高性能的eCOG1k超集. eCOG1X同样使用运行高达70MHz核心处理器,并拥有64KB 闪存空间及 24KB SRAM空间.eCOG1X并提供先进的外围功能包括片上USB控制器及以太网MAC.
eCOG1X 器件由CyanIDE 2.X及CyanIDE 1.4支持.
eCOG16
eCOG16E01是第一个新系列中的器件,利用赛恩新的16-位eCOG16核心处理器,专为高代码密度及高效率而设,运行高达50 MHz. eCOG16E01拥有64KB 闪存空间及 8KB SRAM空间, 并提供一系列常用外围功能包括4 UARTs, SPI, I2C, 具有4个输入的12-位ADC,4个计数器/计时器及多达20个GPIO.
eCOG16E01器件由CyanIDE 2.1.0或以上支持.
